Our family has been making wine since 1982. We love making wine as well as drinking good wine. I was taught by a North Beach Italian and we celebrate that heritage by changing our name to "Borresini" on our wine label, "Saulte per Tutti".

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon "Chiles Valley"
Grapes are from "Chiles Valley". Ripe black cherry and raspberry, plum and heather aromas. On the mouth sweet cherry fruit, elegant finish.

2000 Merlot "Mt Veeder"
Grapes are from "Mt Veeder". Dry farmed. Abundant aromas of black cherry and black plum. Rich mouth feel of Merlot trying to be a Cabernet.

Cuvee Lemoncello and Pompellino
Lemoncello - Sweet lemon, smooth with silky finish. Alcohol 36%. Serve from freezer. Pompellino - Sweet, tangy grapefruit. Bright finish. Alcohol 36%. Serve on ice.
