Murphy Creek Winery (George Hunt and Joann Evans)

2001 Sauvignon Blanc – the wine has a light, crisp taste with a hint of pears. Serve cold on a warm summer evening with fresh fruit. We regret that we did not make enough of this wine in 2001.
